Welcome to the Clearinghouse on Breast Disease (CBD). Through its Clearinghouse, the American Society of Breast Disease (ASBD) provides valuable and focused information on breast disease - from prevention through rehabilitation. An essential and easy-to-use tool for clinicians and allied health professionals, the CBD may also be used by patients and researchers who focus on breast disease.
The CBD was developed with grant support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
As an on-going project, oversight for the CBD is maintained by the Society's Consensus Committee. The Consensus Committee selects guidelines for inclusion and assigns them to either the Prevention & Risk, Screening & Early Detection, Diagnosis, Treatment, or Rehabilitation & Psychosocial working group. Society Members are encouraged to let us know of any overlooked guidelines.
